The new ‘find a grant’ tool, launched by the Government, has gone under the radar, but I believe it is one of the more useful ideas they have implemented.
The Find Government Grants tool is a digital service which private sector, public sector and personal organisations can access to see if any government funding is available to them.
The idea of the tool is to make it far easier for organisations to access government funding.
If you have been involved in trying to get funding previously, I am sure you will agree, it can be a very painful and time-consuming process! This useful tool has been designed to remove the barriers currently in place. The service can be used to:

The Government’s grant tool is available to use now, although at present only four government departments have been involved in an initial pilot. As far as I am aware, other departments have not yet been added.
The good news is, it will be made mandatory for all government departments to advertise their grants through this service. At present, I have not been able to find a deadline on this, but fingers crossed it does not take too long.
