Once we have the required information from your old accountant, we request various authorisation codes from HMRC that often get posted to your home or office address, which allows us to communicate with HMRC on your behalf. Once these codes come in the post, they just need to be emailed to us, so no hassle on your end.
We’d also migrate your accounting data and payroll into Xero, if applicable, for you at this stage and arrange any Xero training needed. We also provide Xero training at no additional cost even if that takes multiple sessions.
Once that is completed, we are ready to fully engage in the services agreed and we’d have access to all relevant information so that we could fully support you with any queries you had throughout the year.
